Dad bought some "mon tuw" flour and decided to test it out. Compare it to his, he said. He rolled and flattened with the pasta maker. It smelled like how mon tuw's do...yummy. Plain or condensed milk, or even fried, they're delish. Usually. These weren't that good...I think the dough was overworked a bit.
